TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT FANCAST ARENA

FanCast Arena is a fantasy draft game for reality TV fans. It is an independent fan product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ITV, Love Island, or any reality TV production company. Use of contestant names and likenesses is for fan game purposes only, consistent with fantasy sports fair use principles.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 17 years old to use FanCast Arena. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 17, we will delete it.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

To use FanCast Arena you must sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• Any activity that occurs under your account
• Choosing an appropriate display name (see Community Rules below)

4. COMMUNITY RULES & ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

FanCast Arena has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By creating an account you agree to this policy. When interacting with other users (league chat, display names, league names, and any other user-generated content), you must not:

• Use offensive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory language
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post sexual, explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
• Share personal information about other users
• Impersonate other people or organisations
• Post spam or promotional content

Reporting and blocking

Every user can help keep the community safe:

• Filtering: messages are automatically screened for objectionable content before they are posted.
• Report: you can flag and report any message you find objectionable, directly from the chat.
• Block: you can block any user at any time. A blocked user's content is hidden from you immediately, and the block also alerts our moderation team.

Our commitment

We review reported and flagged content and act on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours — removing the offending content and removing or suspending the offending user as appropriate. Depending on severity, violations may result in temporary suspension of messaging, a temporary account lock, or permanent removal of your account. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on FanCast Arena.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES (BUDGET PACKS)

FanCast Arena offers optional in-app purchases ("Budget Packs") via the App Store. Budget Packs are consumable items that add virtual currency (VC) to your in-game trading budget. By making an in-app purchase:

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details
• Budget Packs are consumable and non-refundable once redeemed in-app, except where required by applicable law
• Refund requests must be made directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com
• Virtual currency (VC) has no real-world cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to change the price or availability of Budget Packs with reasonable notice
• If FanCast Arena is discontinued, any unused VC will have no further value — we are not liable for this

6. GAME INTEGRITY

FanCast Arena is a game of skill and knowledge. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the app
• Exploit bugs or glitches for competitive advantage
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate league standings
• Share or sell league access in exchange for payment

We reserve the right to adjust scores or disqualify accounts found to be cheating.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The FanCast Arena name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by us. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the app without permission. Fan content you create (team names, league names) remains yours.

8. DISCLAIMERS

FanCast Arena is provided "as is". We do our best to keep scores accurate and the app running, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Perfect accuracy of game events or scores
• Uninterrupted access to any feature or in-app item

We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including incorrect scores or missed episode events.

9. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give advance notice for significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. RIGHTS HOLDERS & TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

FanCast Arena uses contestant names, public-record information, and avatars in a fantasy-game context, consistent with fair use and fantasy sports precedent. We do not host or distribute copyrighted video, audio, or photography from any production.

If you are a rights holder (network, production company, or an individual whose name or likeness is referenced) and you believe content within FanCast Arena infringes your rights, please contact us at fancastarena@gmail.com with the subject line "Takedown Request". Include:

• Your contact details and the right(s) you hold
• A description of the content you believe to be infringing
• Where in the app or on this website it appears
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised

We aim to respond to takedown requests within 5 business days. We may remove or modify the content while we investigate.

12. APPLE APP STORE — END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

The following terms apply to your use of the FanCast Arena iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store. These terms are required by Apple and are in addition to all other terms in this agreement.

• Acknowledgement. This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is between you and FanCast Arena — not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Scope of licence. FanCast Arena grants you a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• Maintenance and support. FanCast Arena is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
• Warranty. FanCast Arena is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be solely governed by this agreement and any applicable law.
• Product claims. FanCast Arena, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property. In the event that a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, FanCast Arena, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
